At Luvaa Furniture, we believe that great service doesn’t end at checkout — it continues until
your furniture is safely delivered and set up in your space.
1. Delivery Timeframe
Our standard delivery timeframe is 6 to 10 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• All our furniture is either made to order or imported, which requires a carefully
managed logistics process.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and ready for
delivery updates.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah, Sarawak, or international orders, please contact us directly before placing an order.
3. Delivery Method
• Deliveries are handled by our partner logistics team or 3rd parties courier services.
• A delivery date and time slot will be arranged with you in advance.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on:
• Location of delivery
• Extra charge for assembly service (depends on coverage area)
5. Important Notes
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order at the delivery
address.
• If no one is available at the scheduled time, re-delivery charges may apply.
• Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• Regular status updates via email or SMS
