Refund & Warranty Policy


At Luvaa Furniture, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. As all our furniture pieces are either custom-made to order or imported specifically per request, we uphold a strict refund policy to maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency in our operations. 

We offer refunds or replacements exclusively in cases where a product is found to have a 
clear manufacturing defect. This includes structural faults, or issues with materials that deviate significantly from the product description or standard. 

Refunds will only be processed under the conditions outlined below and upon full inspection 
and approval by our quality assurance team. 


1. Warranty Period 
• All products come with a 1-month limited warranty from the delivery date. 
• This covers manufacturer defects only (e.g. structural damage, faulty components, or craftsmanship issues).

2. No Refunds or Returns For: 
• Change of mind 
• Customer mishandling, misuse, or accidental damage 
• Natural variations in wood, grain, or colour 

3. To Request a Refund or Replacement: 
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery 
2. Include photos/videos showing the defect 
3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days 
4. If approved, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost
